ฮ่องกงเตรียมเปิดร้านสะดวกซื้อแห่งแรกที่ดำเนินการโดยหุ่นยนต์มนุษย์ในย่าน Hung Hom เพื่อบูรณาการ AI เข้าสู่ชีวิตประจำวัน รัฐมนตรีการคลัง Paul Chan ระบุว่ารัฐบาลได้ตั้งคณะกรรมการ AI+ and Industry Development Strategy เพื่อผลักดันการใช้ AI ร้านดังกล่าวพัฒนาโดยบริษัทจีน Galbot ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจาก Hong Kong Investment Corporation และถือเป็นสาขาแรกนอกแผ่นดินใหญ่ Mr. Francis Fong ประธานกิตติมศักดิ์ของ Hong Kong Information Technology Federation กล่าวว่าการเปิดร้านนี้เป็นก้าวสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้าน AI รัฐบาลยังเดินหน้าโครงการ AI Training for All ด้วยงบประมาณ 50 ล้านดอลลาร์ฮ่องกง เพื่อจัดสัมมนาและการแข่งขันกว่า 200 รายการภายในสองปี พร้อมฝึกอบรมประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม รวมถึงผู้สูงอายุ นอกจากนี้ ฮ่องกงยังพัฒนาศักยภาพการประมวลผลจาก 5,000 petaflops และตั้งเป้าเพิ่มเป็น 180,000 petaflops ภายในปี 2575 ผ่านโครงการ Northern Metropolis เพื่อเสริมบทบาทเมืองในฐานะศูนย์กลางนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีระดับโลก.

Hong Kong will open its first convenience store operated by humanoid robots in Hung Hom, aiming to integrate AI into daily life. Financial Secretary Paul Chan announced the establishment of the AI+ and Industry Development Strategy Committee to drive AI adoption. The store, developed by Beijing-based Galbot with support from the Hong Kong Investment Corporation, is the company’s first branch outside mainland China.
Mr. Francis Fong, Honorary President of the Hong Kong Information Technology Federation, praised the initiative as a milestone in public AI awareness. The government is also advancing the AI Training for All program with HK$50 million to host over 200 seminars and competitions within two years, including training for seniors.
Hong Kong’s computing power, currently at 5,000 petaflops, is projected to reach 180,000 petaflops by 2032 through the Northern Metropolis project, reinforcing the city’s role as a global hub for innovation and technology.
