Administration Manager or Assistant Administration Manager (less experience)

Responsibilities:
- Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to monitor office supplies, logistics arrangement, equipment procurement, and maintenance
- Handle office renovation and relocation project
- Experience in handling trademark matters is a preference
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above with major in Business Administration or Management or related disciplines
- 5 to 10 years working experience in Admin/clerical support
- Detail-oriented, good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

Assistant Accounting Manager

Our client Investment and Property Company located in Central is looking proactive individuals,
who willing occasionally overseas travelling 3-4 months per year.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts payable and receivable, full sets of account, voucher preparation, month end closing, bank reconciliation, cash management reports, etc.
Assist in preparing financial reporting and monthly management reports (budgeting/forecasting) for the Group (Local and Oversee)
Assist in prepare accounts and tax return as well as auditing financial information and compiling reports and other commentaries (Local and Oversee)
Ensure all financial reporting are in accordance with the accounting standards and in compliance with respective legal requirement
To support Management in various financial analysis/projection/assessment
Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Take care of the company and family business

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in finance, accounting or related study
5+ year relevant working experience in which 3 years in managerial level
With investing & property industry background would be an advantage
Must have international experience
Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarine
Occasionally overseas travelling 3-4 months per year (Europe and Taiwan)
