【緊急呼籲：大埔五級火災 業界同心支援受影響家庭】
大埔宏福苑發生的五級大火，造成嚴重傷亡，多個家庭瞬間痛失家園，甚至痛失至親。面對如此嚴重的災情，本會深知受影響的住戶中，極大機會包括與僱主同住的外傭姐姐。她們離鄉別井，此刻可能正面臨受傷、失去聯絡、甚至更不幸的情況。
在此，本會向各位家政服務業持份者發出呼籲：
請各位業界機構做好準備，我們可能需要隨時介入提供協助。無論是緊急安置、證件補領諮詢、保險理賠指引，或是協助聯絡領事館，我們都要發揮業界力量，共渡難關。
致受影響的僱主或外傭：
如果您或您的外傭在是次火災中受影響，需要任何形式的家政服務業相關協助或諮詢，請立即 PM（私訊）本會。我們將盡最大努力，協調業界資源為您提供支援。

【Emergency Appeal: Level-5 Fire in Tai Po — The Industry Unites to Support Affected Families】
A devastating level-5 fire has broken out at Wang F*k Court in Tai Po, resulting in severe casualties. Many families have lost their homes in an instant, and some have even suffered the unbearable loss of loved ones.
In light of this tragedy, our association is deeply concerned that among the affected residents, there may be foreign domestic workers who lived with their employers. Far from home and family, these workers may now be injured, missing, or facing even worse circumstances.
We therefore issue an urgent appeal to all stakeholders in the domestic service industry:
Please be prepared — we may need to step in at any moment to provide assistance. Whether it’s emergency accommodation, consultations on reissuing identification documents, guidance on insurance claims, or facilitating communication with consulates, let us unite our industry’s strength to overcome this difficult time together.
To affected employers and domestic workers:
If you or your domestic worker have been affected by this fire and require any form of assistance or consultation related to domestic service matters, please send us a private message immediately. We will do our utmost to coordinate industry resources and provide you with the support you need.
When one is in distress, all should lend a helping hand.
