Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and estimate needs of training and development for internal and front-line staff
- Formulate and design training plans and materials specifically for meeting company's objectives in staff development
- Responsible for staff orientation and rotation training as well as induction programmes
- Conduct performance reviews and work closely with department managers in ex*****on of new training programmes
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or Business related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge in financial industry is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent language and presentation skills
- Positive, enthusiastic and customer-oriented
- Passion in training and development with hands-on experience is a MUST
