To cope with the business needs, we are hiring a graduate trainee/internship(full-time) to join our team.

Responsibilities

On the job training will be provided and after that, you will learn to:

-Support the new business development projects mainly focus on growth in APAC region
-Facilities the research and business planning for the new potential markets
-Administrative support on rolling out for new entities in new countries
-Participate in the integration of global vendors and ensure our service level
-Support the roll-out of new products, services and trade lanes
-Evaluate and analysis business performance over different trade modes and regions

Requirement

-Bachelor Degree Student or Fresh Graduate, studied in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related discipline is preferable
-Able to work as full-time (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm) for 6-month since early Feb 2022
-Fluent in English is a MUST, Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
-Previous office working experience (part-time /internship) is essential
-Cheerful, self-initiated, positive to changes & challenge

Responsibilities:

- Provide general office clerical support e.g. Invoice, contract, document filing
- Greeting guests, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Administration support in recruitment activities e.g. market research, job board and social media platform management, candidate database reports
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

- Diploma holder or above
- 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office and online meeting tool e.g. Zoom, TEAM
- Experienced in managing Social Media platform will be a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and happy to work in small team
- Responsible, self- initiated and able to multi-tasking

Responsibilities:

-Working at iBanking environment data center and to perform data center equipment installation work
-Swap/install data network devices
-Rack and stack of Data Centre Equipment (including but not limited to servers, telephone devices, storage infrastructure)
-Monday to Sunday (depends on operations hour) in 2 shifts: 07:00-16:00 OR 13:00-22:00

Requirements:

-2-year working experience in data center environment
-Previous experience in performing data center equipment installation (networking& non-networking) is a MUST
-CCNA holder
-Knowledge rack and stack of Data Centre Equipment
-Proficient in spoken and written English
