🇭🇰 2026年4月假期安排 | April 2026 Holiday Arrangement
今年的清明節（4月5日）適逢星期日，與很多姐姐的休息日重疊。
根據勞工法例，僱主須在翌日補回假期。
This year, Ching Ming Festival (April 5) falls on a Sunday, which coincides with many helpers’ rest day.
Under the Labour Ordinance, employers must grant a substitute holiday on the following day.

⚠️ 勞工法例小貼士 | Labour Law Reminder:
· 法定假日不可用錢代替
Statutory holidays cannot be replaced by payment
· 如已連續受僱滿3個月，假期須為有薪
If employed for 3 months or more, the holiday must be paid
· 補假須在原定假日前後 60天內 安排
Substitute holiday must be arranged within 60 days before or after the statutory holiday
