為支援受火警影響的外籍家庭傭工（外傭）及僱主，勞工處將設立特別諮詢櫃台，解答與外傭相關的僱傭事宜。詳情如下：

日期：2025年11月29日及30日（星期六及日）

時間：上午10時至下午4時

地點：大埔綜合大樓（新界大埔鄉事會街8號）

受火警影響的外傭僱主及外傭如對僱傭事宜有任何疑問，亦可致電勞工處為是次事故特設的熱線3582 8987。


To provide assistance to foreign domestic helpers (FDHs) and their employers affected by the fire, the Labour Department will set up a Special Enquiry Counter to answer enquiries on FDH-related employment matters with details as follows:


Dates: 29 and 30 November 2025 (Saturday and Sunday)

Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Venue: Tai Po Complex (8 Heung Sze Wui Street, Tai Po, NT)

Affected FDHs and employers who have enquiries regarding employment matters may also call the dedicated hotline set up for this incident at 3582 8987.
