Description

To provide sales & service support to branch and serve consolidated banking customers

Admin Officer

Key Areas of Responsibility (KARs):

§ To provide all-rounded office administration services such that the daily operations is run on an effective and efficient manner; and to provide a healthy & safe work environment for the workforce.

§ To perform general office administration duties, including procurement of office supplies, stationeries and office equipment; printing and copying services; mailing and courier services; cleaning and facilities management; repairs and maintenances, licensing, delivery services and petty cash etc.

§ To administer the car fleets, including procurement, rental services, repair and maintenance, licensing, insurance, car park, cleaning services, fuel cards etc.

§ To administer telecommunications services, including mobile phones, subscription services, conference facilities, office IP phone system, long distance calls facilities and billing etc.

§ To coordinate internal office relocation and renovation projects including vendor selection and relocation services.

§ To maintain high standard of reception services and to occasionally relieve the receptionist duties.

§ To arrange pantries supplies and catering services for company functions.

§ To assist in organizing company event such as annual dinner, training and seminars.

§ To perform and assist on other ad hoc assignments as required.

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

§ Diploma or above with two to three years’ experience in office administration; MNC exposure is a plus.

§ A positive team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills who performs well under pressure and is able to handle multi-tasking.

§ Service orientated, pleasant and flexible; able to work with other employees at various levels, always willing to help and creative in offering solutions.

§ Knowledge of the Cisco IP phone system is a desirable asset.

§ Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

§ Proficiency in PC applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and strong typing skill (Chinese and English word processing).
