- Act as a bridge between our clients and candidates, providing high level of customer service and matching high quality candidates to our clients
- Source new candidates by using a variety of methods including job boards, headhunting, referrals and networking
- New clients acquisition through different channels
- Conduct face to face interviews with candidates and telephone based interviews
- Manage existing database by remaining close contact with candidates who may be looking to change jobs
- Min 1 year working experience in Banking and Finance Recruitment (candidate from Banking or Finance industries are also considered)
