There are two statutory holidays in April 2026, including:
✔ April 5 (Sunday) Ching Ming Festival
✔ April 6 (Monday) Easter Monday (New statutory holiday for 2026)

If the domestic helper is required to work on a statutory holiday, employer can make arrangements, but required to:
👉 Notify the domestic helper at least 48 hours in advance
👉 Provide 1 day of compensatory leave within 60 days

If the statutory holiday coincides with the domestic helper's rest day (Sunday/Monday):
👉 The rest day shall be taken as usual
👉 The employer still needs to provide 1 day of compensatory leave (to be arranged within 60 days)

Wishing everyone a prosperous Year of Horse 🐴🧧

February 17–19 (Day 1–3 of Lunar New Year) are statutory holidays. Employers must arrange holidays for their domestic helpers 💡

🎇 If the helper is required to work during the holiday:
👉 Notify the helper at least 48 hours in advance
👉 Arrange a substitute holiday within 60 days

🎇 If the helper’s regular rest day coincides with Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (Feb 17–19):
👉 Employers must arrange an additional substitute rest day within 60 days

🈺 Bobymark will reopen on February 21, Day 5 of Lunar New Year.
