• In February 2018, the Labour Department promulgated the “Code of Practice for Employment Agencies” to regulate the terms of transactions between employment agencies and employers and FDHs, so we need employers and FDHs to understand the relevant documents/rules and cooperate with them to sign (see the annex for details)
