There’s nothing like finding that one piece of studio gear that truly moves with you.
As a Pilates instructor, I spend a lot of time thinking about connection — breath to movement, core to limbs, body to fabric. So when I got invited to the Pilates event, I knew I had to feel every detail.
The set on me feels weightless, buttery soft, like a second skin, never restricting my range. No tugging, no adjusting. Just breath, space, and control.
We often tell our clients to “find ease in the effort.” To me, that’s what Feel the Space really means, not emptiness, but room to move without resistance. Space in your joints, in your breath, in your mind.
Try it for yourself, especially if you’ve been searching for that floaty, held, supported feeling on the mat.
