Due to these biases and social norms, it has led to unfairness in opportunities. We are a group of students from different countries and backgrounds studying at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPU) , together we are united to achieve the aim of enhancing gender equality on our campus to let people, regardless of their genders, to have the same opportunities in expressing and exerting themse
lves in terms of employment and undertaking leadership roles. Our project aims to enhance gender equality through the promotion of providing same opportunities to every person regardless of their gender. This project intends to reinforce the importance of gender equality environment on campus in terms of employment, leadership roles and opportunities. This project does not only aim to empower men or women but to provide equal participation through self-discovery and empowerment. This program intends to provide opportunities for everyone to become aware of and strengthen one-self potential, character and motives. We want to be part of the movement that supports gender equality through the belief that no gap and no boundary is possible.
