Floor Technician (Full-time)

>Heavy duty cleaning duties, including but not limited to: routine deep and touch up cleaning, hallways, stairways, exterior pool area / courtyard, litter pick up in and around the complex and community space in a multi residential building
>Empty garbage and recycle as required
>Service garbage room and chutes as required
>Haul garbage bins to compactor and safely operate compactor
>Maintain all hallways in excellent conditions. Sweep and scrub as per schedule
>Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, run leaf blower
>Maintain amenities clean and deep clean as needed (e.g. pool chairs)
Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities
>Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
>Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
>Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out
Service hours: Mon- Fri, 7 am - 4 pm OR 9am - 6pm (8 paid hours shift/day, 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Must-Haves to Be Considered:
>Have 2 year of Commercial/Heavy duty cleaning experience preferably in large multi-family apartment complexes
>Experience in running sweepers and scrubbers (walk-behind)
>Experience in safely using large trash compactors
>Able to drive golf cart to haul garbage
>Willing to work outdoors, lift up to 25 kilos, and work at heights on ladders.
>Available to work on Monday to Friday (up to 8 hours shift) (No cleaning supplies required)
>Flexibility to work on weekends if required (rare occurrence)
>Verbal communication skills (English)
>Mobile phone with internet access
>Ability to work independently without direct supervision
>Be reliable, professional, on time and detail-oriented
>Willing to undergo a criminal background check
>Required: Driving license
Wage rate: US $15.00/hour
