We offer multiple role types. Household Managers are usually roles above housekeepers, supervise other staff, manage the day to day affairs of the house, plan and organise family membedrschedules and events, and are better suited to larger households and houses.

Salaries for live out full time may begin at the cedi equivalent of $350 but may go up (each candidate has an independent asking salary which client and candidate will agree on but the minimum start is at our quoted fee agreed on between us and candidates) depending on background qualifications, experience and skills.

Salaries for live in start at the cedi equivalent of $300 but with the same terms and conditions as above with live out.

Part time live in/out start at cedi equivalent of $200 (note that part time positions come at a higher rate as it does not offer full job stability and benefits) but with similar terms and conditions as full time.

Household Managers do not take on the full role of housekeepers, they oversee them, hire them on your behalf, integrate them into your home along with other domestic staff. They execute, supervise and monitor the efficient running of your home, keep inventory and home records, and assist in scheduling and events coordination, organising and ex*****on.

*Nurses start earning between $180-250 depending on duties, hours and experience/ skills. They are best suited to sick care and elderly care.

We offer multiple role types. Our next role type that combines housekeeping with some childcare support is the Housekeeper-Nanny. Housekeeper-Nanny may work either live in or live out full or part time.

Salaries for live out full time may begin at the cedi equivalent of $200 but may go up (each candidate has an independent asking salary which client and candidate will agree on but the minimum start is at our quoted fee agreed on between us and candidates) depending on background qualifications, experience and skills.

Salaries for live in start at the cedi equivalent of $180 but with the same terms and conditions as above with live out.

Part time live in/out start at cedi equivalent of $140 (note that part time positions come at a higher rate as it does not offer full job stability and benefits) but with similar terms and conditions as full time.

Housekeeper-Nanny cover some childcare support (may cover child in family related duties such as cleaning and maintenance children's spaces in the home, being the adult in charge at a set time in absence of parents, adult family members and/or nanny, feed, and bathe child, and may supervise young children for short burst of time in absence of parents or a professional nanny. Still they are not qualified nannies and do not understand nor can they support the developmental, learning and care as well as safe guarding needs of growing children... they offer about 40% share of child responsibility and hiring one will mean you are intent on prioritising child care/supervision/support over housekeeping... if you prefer your home prioritised then you will have to enlist the service of a housekeeper candidate... and shoild you want a full dedicated nanny - qualified, then a pro nanny is what you need. They do not pffer whole family housekeeping duties... they focus only your child/ren and their spaces and areas in your home. You can enlist a pro nanny from our separate sister firm, ) but not full care and developmental support.

Part time live in/out start at cedi equivalent of $120 (note that part time positions come at a higher rate as it does not offer full job stability and benefits) but with similar terms and conditions as full time.

Housekeepers do not cover childcare (may cover child in family related duties such as cleaning and maintenance children's spaces in the home, being the adult in charge at a set time in absence of parents, adult family members and/or nanny, buy are not nannies and do not have more than 20% share of child responsibility and they will prioritise housekeeping over child care/supervision/support... if you have young children who need care and supervision then please opt for Housekeeper-nanny candidates as that role priorises childcare over housekeeping).

They also do not offer sick care for full time sick persons or care for the elderly... you may consider hiring or opt for a nurse or health caregivers.

We begin with our enlisting and auxiliary charges... meaning as a client when you first come to us, you will:

Fill in request/registration forms,
And pay the service enlist or what you may call sign up & family registration fees before we deploy the search and match service. This fee will include your fully vetted, oriented, checked, and medical & criminal records cleared candidates for your selection, and will cover the period of trail of your choice of candidate.

After you've interviewed and chosen a candidate, and after the successful 2 weeks trial, you will pay our placement service fee along with signing legal contracts (between you and the candidate which we facilitate) before the candidate is fully and officially handed over to you.

If you request any other beyond our standard provision such as new medical (re)tests, additional candidates during the interview stages and/or after the trial periods, you will be charged for those individual services. We will quote you on request.

As a returning client, or after the trial and official handover period, should your request new candidates you will be charged our new candidate hire for return clients fee.
