EduSpots is looking for a Ghana-based People & Culture (HR) Manager to support and strengthen our growing team as we expand our impact across Ghana through our network of community-owned learning hubs (“Spots”).

📍 Location: Remote (Ghana-based)
⏰ Role: Full-time
💼 Reports to: Global Head of Operations
📅 Start Date: July 2026

In this role, you will:
✨ Lead HR practices and people-management systems across EduSpots Ghana
✨ Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development processes
✨ Promote staff well-being, safeguarding and inclusive workplace culture
✨ Strengthen performance management, policies and organisational systems
✨ Help foster a values-driven, caring and high-performing team environment

We’re looking for someone with:
✔ At least 3 years’ HR experience, ideally at management level
✔ Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR compliance
✔ Experience in recruitment, employee relations and staff development
✔ Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
✔ A deep commitment to educational equity and community-led development

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Welcoming clients and visitors
✅ Answering calls and responding to messages
✅ Booking appointments and managing schedules
✅ Keeping the reception area neat and organized
✅ Assisting with customer service and basic office duties
