Let’s talk about board games for playing at work during a break.
Quiet game “The mind extreme.”

This game has to be played in complete silence. In the common edition of this game you need to put the cards from 1 to 100 without discussions. First round you have 1 card on your hands, second - two etc. The amount of rounds depends on numbers of players. You must be really silent.

Extreme version has two decks, so players should put cards on the table. You should do it in both ways: ascending and descending orders.

For 2-4 players, takes about 20 min.

*The longer you play, the better you understand each other and strengthen the mental connection

If you dream a little, what would you like to have in our office?

I wish I could bring my dog to the office, but our CEO Julia has an allergy. So it’s not an option.
I want to have a chilling room where everyone could have a rest. Anytime, without booking. Just a relaxing place not needed for work.

Also I like a rack near our conference room, so I wish we could have more objects like this and more plants and interior painting.

What’s the most difficult part of your work?

Do not skip my alarm clock and go to the office!

But if we are talking about the working process then I agree with others. Writing a screening.
Even if everything is simple and clear you have to do this task very fast without procrastination.

What do you appreciate your colleagues for?
The sense of humor. I think it would be so sad without it.

Our guys are so open-minded and creative. If you want to discuss anything, I promise, you could find someone to talk to. Also there are a lot of themes for all. I had no idea that this would happen with me.

Let’s talk about board games for playing at work during a break.

Spicy.
Intrigues and adventures with your soulmates.

Legend of this game tells us the story about three big cats - tiger, leopard and irbis. They decided to spend their 9 lives eating the hottest spices to figure out who is the toughest.
Someone ate chilly, another one - wasabi, the third one started with pepper. It was really hot, so cats bluffed and cheated.

So, during the game you have to look for your mates very closely. Whoever takes more cards = eats more spices and fools everyone, will be the winner.

For 2-6 players, takes about 15 min.

Your favorite subject at school?

Physics and IT.

I liked physics because of interesting and cool labs. And i was good at it thanks to my father’s control. It was hard when we started to learn the dynamics, but then everything was cool again.

Also i liked IT. We had a really good teacher, our tutor. Before 10th grade we had quite strange type of lessons. But since 10th grade this subject had transformed.

Which superpower will help you with your work?

I want to control people’s minds!
I wish i could totally understand what they want, what they dream about. So i would find the best candidates and inspire them to apply for some companies.
But in general i want all superpowers from Marvel characters.
No limits)

What do you like to start your working day with?

I prefer to go to a cafe for my lunch. Nice walk and small work out. Then i look around the office. Who knows, maybe something already happened this morning. After all, i can check my mail and candidates statuses.

Important part of my night time routine is to tune in for the best.
I have experienced a failures' period at work. So i switched my point of view and now i believe in myself.
Also our candidates inspire me. We interact with clever and competent people. So my inspiration is the possibility to help them. It feeds my self-faith.

Let’s talk about the fast games for playing at work during a small break.

Start with Jaipur.
It’s a duel, just for two players. Not chess, of course, but a sort of chess confrontation. You fight face to face for the owning much more money and resources. You have to make really fast decisions. Every step, every pause will influence the vibe of the whole game. Buckle up it will be so fast!
Play for 2 victories, it takes 15-20 min.

Which superpower will help you with your work?

The most valuable superpower — something about seeing the future. It would be helpful for finding the best candidate, who would also accept an offer and stay there for a long long time.
If you dream a little, what do you want to have in our office?

With my colleagues we made a joke that i would ask for a good replacement for them))))
But seriously we have everything here for comfort working days. Hm… maybe a ho**ah would be nice…

What’s the most difficult part of your work?
Sourcing is the most interesting for me.
So, the most difficult part is to write screenings.
Even at school i hated essays. Here i don’t have to invent the information, but transform my thoughts into a text — still not my favorite part of work)

If you need to have a break at work, what would you do?

Most of the time we choose foosball. You just have to send «Who are in? There are 3 places». Wait your three «+» and go!
Also our team, headed by the best Team Leader, could go for a coffee, or for a lunch and have a lot of non-working conversations.
But for a short break it’s enough for me to play chess or be stuck in my phone.

If you dream a little, what do you want to have in our office?

Maybe table tennis, as an alternative for foosball. And massage chairs) I’ve never used it before, but i think it’s a good idea.

Which superpower will help you with your work?

I agree with Alena — telepathy would be very useful.
Candidates could be not so honest with us, in spite of all our work. Everybody lies. So it would be great to know about secret information.

Which superpower will help you with your work?

Some kind of telepathy… For knowing the best time to have a connection with candidates. Sometimes you find a great specialist but he or she doesn't want to change their workplace. It will be really useful to know when they start to think about changes.

If you dream a little, what do you want to have in our office?
More flowers and plants) I think that green color helps us to concentrate on work and natural beauty makes everything better.

What did you want to become when you grow up?

An actress. Or maybe an entertainer. I wanted to sing and dance on a stage, to be in the spotlight. Now for me it is more interesting to create something that everybody can also join. Not just attract and admire, but empower others.

I usually make a tea, have talks with colleagues or go to crochet a new pillow for our office.

What did you want to become when you grow up?

Oh! I had a lot of ideas)
I wanted to become a ballerina, a teacher, a detective or work on a radio. From all of that stuff i just worked on the radio. But who knows…
