Key Responsibilities

• Operating warehouse related equipment and machinery.
• Liaising with operations, purchasing and sales departments on day to day tasks.

• Driving License

Our client, based in Leeming Bar has experienced considerable growth during the pandemic and now has an opportunity for an additional member of their small friendly team to join them.
This company is within the farming sector and is a GLOBAL market leader. This is certainly a company you would be proud to work for and has many employee benefits.
This role will be working Monday to Friday (office hours), with no weekends.
Full training will be given.
Duties include:-
Administration
- Answer incoming telephone lines.
- Petty cash – reconciliation
- Distribute all incoming mail
- Organise Stock/implement and reconcile 6 monthly company stocktake with Office Administrator
- Manage / track consignment stock Reconcile / process external warehouse stock for shows / field day / car stock
- Receipt stock into the ERP system
- Processing purchase orders
- Service prioritise job cards and warranty work for the Service Technician.
Track job card process updating customers where necessary
-Co-ordinate export orders
Process telephone / faxed / email orders / online orders received from customers including picking and packing or processed orders.
Customer service and assistance
Answer all customer enquires via email within knowledge
Action all requests for credit
Action all requests from R & D and promotional shearers for stock
Input all show sales and balance money
Warehouse
Provide help and support to the warehouse store person with order picking / packing, receipting in stock including consignment checking, and labelling / packing of inventory. Warehouse duties as directed by the Managing Director
