You'll be the go-to person for tenants, contractors and landlords — coordinating maintenance, keeping things running smoothly and making sure customers get top-notch service.

💰 £26,500 + overtime at time and a half
🏠 One WFH day per week after 6 months
🎄 Reduced hours at Christmas with full pay
📅 22 days holiday (rising to 27) + bank hols

You'll need solid admin experience, great organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving. Property or lettings experience is a bonus but not essential — if you're customer-focused and thrive in a busy environment, you'll fit right in.
