We’re recruiting a Customer Service Support Executive to join a friendly, fast-paced, target-driven team. If you love speaking to customers, solving problems and building strong relationships, this could be a great fit.

Role: Customer Service Support Executive
Location: York
Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,500 (with OTE up to £30,000)

Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–5:30 + 1 Saturday per month (10:00–4:00, enhanced pay)

What you’ll be doing:
Handling inbound customer enquiries and delivering first-class service
Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Promoting products and services
Updating customer records using spreadsheets and CMS systems
Managing challenging conversations with empathy and escalating feedback when needed
