ASRS are recruiting for an Apprentice Surveying Administration Assistant!

£150 per week
Located in Martock
Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm

Your day to day duties will include the following:

Booking accommodation, travel and parking
Job costing spreadsheets
Matching invoices to delivery notes and POS
Training records and booking training renewals
Booking of equipment and van servicing
Answering and responding to telephone and email enquiries and relaying messages - dealing with all enquiries courteously and efficiently
General office admin tasks
Purchase orders and invoicing
Marketing tasks
Data collection
Chasing quotations

It’s back to industry for our Work Experience and Careers team👷‍♀️

They took time out of their busy schedule to visit Hinkley Point C, which provides great opportunities and experiences for our students and their future careers.

Gayle Pogson, Work Placement Manager, loved the opportunity for both herself and her team: “A really positive event for us to attend, which really kicked off our careers training. We had an opportunity to attend talks from Airbus, Youth Voice Census and Ofsted as well as talking to higher education establishments and employers.”
