A small moment of reflection…

Life moves fast. We get caught up chasing goals, building dreams, solving problems, planning what’s next… and sometimes we forget to appreciate what we already have.

Recently, I realised I haven’t said thank you enough.

You have seen my face for almost 3 years now, but I have never really had the chance to introduce you to Peter 😊

Peter is our Operations Manager — the person behind your timesheets, payslips, contracts, forecasts, invoices and everyone’s favourite…

DEADLINES 😄
(The part nobody gets excited about… except Peter 😂)

You probably won’t hear from him much.

You won’t see him much either… unless there is an issue to solve.

Most of the time he is quietly working in the background, looking at numbers, preparing forecasts and making sure everything runs as it should.

But Peter is one of the key people in our small but growing team 💙

Whenever I hit a wall, he simply says:

“No… find the little hole and get through.”

And honestly, that became part of our mindset.

Because growth is not always about pushing harder.

Sometimes it is about staying calm and finding another way.

When I’m "flying" too high, he brings me back to Earth.

When I’m having a difficult day, he helps me get back up.

Thank you for every spreadsheet, every forecast, every reality check 😄 and every “find the little hole” moment.

Thank you for being part of this journey 🙏

WE BECAME THE MAIN SUPPLIER!

A good reminder to start the week:

Not every opportunity comes immediately. Some take months.

Around 6 months ago I met with a lovely manager in the care sector. They had been using the same agency for 6 years and already had another provider lined up as their backup.

For months we hardly had the opportunity to support them.

Many people said:

“Move on.”
“They won’t change.”
“You’re competing against a much bigger name.”

But I never looked at it that way.

I simply thought:

If they ever need support, we will be here.

Last week I received an email.

They decided to change their main agency…

And they chose us as their first choice.

This was not luck.

It was patience.
It was belief.
It was trusting what we can deliver.

Sometimes mindset is not about thinking bigger.

Sometimes it is about staying consistent while everyone else is telling you to walk away.

With this exciting growth, we are now looking for more HCAs to join our expanding team 💙
