🐦 Fly like a bird… enjoy the freedom to choose!

Have you ever wished you could plan your work around your life, rather than plan your life around work?

This view got us thinking about exactly that. 💚

One of the things we love about agency work is that you have options. You don't necessarily have to commit to the same routine every week.

Perhaps you want to work more during the school holidays and less during term time. Maybe you have family commitments, other plans, or simply want to choose when you're available.

And sometimes, you just need a little breathing space.

That's the beauty of flexibility. You get to decide what works for you.

At Prime Horizon, we understand that everyone has a different story and different needs. Finding the right work isn't always about finding more hours — it's about finding the hours that work for you.

And if you've been thinking about trying agency work, we currently have a couple of openings that might be just what you're looking for! 😊

Curious? Get in touch with the Prime Horizon team. Let's have a chat!

✨ Behind the gates of one of the area’s most prestigious school environments, there’s more happening than lessons…

Every day, busy kitchens work behind the scenes, preparing meals for hundreds of children — and we’re now looking for the right people to become part of those teams.

Prime Horizon is currently recruiting Kitchen Assistants for two private schools we work with, with opportunities available ASAP.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy a professional environment and understand the importance of being part of a reliable team, this could be a lovely opportunity.

🍽️ Kitchen Assistant positions
🏫 Two private school environments
👧 Hundreds of children served each day
💷 From £14.36 per hour + transport allowance
🚀 ASAP opportunities

You’ll need to have a Child Workforce DBS, or be willing to apply for one.

Know someone who would fit beautifully into this kind of environment?

Tag them. Share it. Or send them our way.

Take Your Shoes Off 👣

Society has a lot to say about how we should walk through life.

Keep your shoes on.
Look the part.
Be sensible.

Stay on the path that has already been chosen for you.

But what happens when you decide to take your shoes off?

You feel the ground.
You feel the uncertainty.
You feel the freedom.

And suddenly, you realise…

Maybe you don't have to follow the path everyone else expects you to.

Maybe your path can look different.

Maybe you can change direction.

Start again.

Take a completely different step.

And maybe that's the point.

Your path doesn't have to make sense to everyone else.

It just has to be yours.

At Prime Horizon, that's something we believe in — supporting people to find their own direction and move towards a brighter horizon.

Because sometimes, the first step is simply taking your shoes off. 👣

If you don’t see us, it doesn’t mean we’re not there… 👀

Last week we had the pleasure of helping with the opening of a brand-new activity centre at the Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole. 🎉

There was a lot going on behind the scenes — finding people, building the team, organising shifts and making sure everything was ready for opening day.

And we loved being part of it. ❤️

We’re genuinely proud to have helped get this new project up and running, and to see the team we helped put together ready for their first day.

We love new challenges, new projects and being there when we’re needed.

Sometimes you see us, sometimes you don’t… but we’re probably there somewhere, making things happen. 😉

Another one done — and already looking forward to the next challenge! 🧡💚

Who found a permanent job through us? ❤️

This week we registered number 250 on our payroll.

For someone else, it might just be a number.

For me, it means 250 people who, at some point, decided to give Prime Horizon a chance.

When I started this, I had an idea I believed in. I knew what I wanted to build, even when sometimes it felt like I was the only one who could see it.

Since then, I’ve met so many amazing people.

Some came for one shift and never came back. 😅
Some stayed for a few months.
Some are still with us today.
And some started with us and eventually found a permanent job.

And honestly, that’s what I love about agency work.

You never know what can come from simply saying “I’ll give it a try.”

Maybe you need some extra money.
Maybe you want to gain experience.
Maybe you need something flexible around your life.
Or maybe you’re just ready for something different.

You might stay for one shift… or you might find your next opportunity.

You just never know until you try.

So, to number 250 — welcome to Prime Horizon. ❤️

And to everyone who came before you, thank you for trusting me and giving us a chance.

This isn’t just 250 names on a payroll.

It’s 250 people, 250 chances and 250 different stories.

And I’m genuinely looking forward to meeting the next 250 people who will join me on this journey.

Cheers to the next chapter. 🥂❤️

🚨 MATHS PROBLEM OF THE DAY: 🚨

32 ÷ 2 = £490 🤯

Einstein… are you seeing this?! 😂

I was pretty good at maths at school, but with this sun on my head ☀️😎 I’m starting to wonder if I’ve completely lost the plot!

Except… this is actually correct.

This is how much a Kitchen Assistant can earn with us.

Forget about Einstein…
Give me a shout and I’ll explain. 😉

“I HATE MY JOB.”

“I’m exhausted.”
“I have no time for my family.”
“I was hired for ONE role… but I’m doing FIVE. For the same money.”

“I want to leave… but I’m scared.”

Sound familiar?

I’ve been there too.

When you have bills, a mortgage, a car, children and responsibilities, quitting isn’t always an option.

But what if you didn’t have to quit to start changing your life?

What if you could keep your current job while trying something new?

No pressure.
No huge leap.
Just one small step.

Try it. See if you like it. Build your confidence. Then decide what comes next.

Because you don’t need to be fearless.

You just need to be brave enough to try. ❤️

If this sounds like you, let’s talk.

Courage gives you hope.
