Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: Sales Director
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong customer relationships, and analysing sales data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive
sales plans and strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
Set realistic yet ambitious sales targets for individual team members and the overall sales department.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Forecast sales and determine the profitability of products and services.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor individual and team performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity.
