We’re recruiting on behalf of a global aerospace organisation for a Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join their team in Wrexham.

If you have experience in customer service, supply chain, or order management and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment, this could be a great next step!

🕒 Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30

Hybrid working (after 6 months) – 2 days from home
Company bonus (up to 5%)
25 days holiday + bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown)

🔧 What you’ll be doing:

Managing customer orders from entry through to invoicing
Acting as the key link between customers and internal teams
Maintaining accurate customer and pricing data
Handling customer portals (orders, KPIs, documentation)
Supporting complaint resolution and deductions
Ensuring export compliance and documentation accuracy
Monitoring and improving customer KPIs

✅ What we’re looking for:

Experience in customer service, supply chain, or order management
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Knowledge of export documentation, invoicing, and compliance
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (additional languages like French, Spanish, or German are a bonus!)
