• Phoenix Homecare and Support Ltd. can be on hand to help transfer and assist you getting in and out of bed as well as helping with the more sensitive personal care issues such as toileting, washing and bathing.
• Your care worker is also able to support with medication required, prompting and encouraging so that any support plans are adhered to.
• We will often work with your existing support team, from District Nurses and GPs to physiotherapists and hospital teams, ensuring you receive the very best possible care. We operate in Wrexham and surrounding areas, and Powys. With our 3 offices being in; Rhosddu (Wrexham), Builth Wells and Newtown in Powys and our Newtown office covers up to Welshpool. Therefore we can pay close attention to the surrounding areas of the offices, offering whatever care is required for each person, on a daily basis.
