Today marks a significant milestone for Pivotal People. We are two years old! 🌟
While it's a continuation of my 20-year journey in health and social care recruitment, founding Pivotal People was the beginning of something special.
Of course, not every day has been golden. Setting up and growing any new business is hard work, with plenty of highs, lows and lessons along the way.
But as Pivotal People continues to build momentum in the niche market we serve, I'm incredibly proud of what we are creating.

We genuinely are what we say on the tin: specialists in our field. Our reliability and integrity are non-negotiable.
We aren't a transactional recruitment business chasing quick wins or one-off placements. Relationships are the lifeblood of Pivotal People and the reason we exist.
Our aim is to support candidates throughout their careers and work alongside our clients at every stage of their growth, building lasting partnerships based on trust, knowledge and a genuine understanding of the care sector.
So, as we enter our third year, I'd like to extend an invitation to any care provider or candidate who would like to experience a better way of working and a more personal, knowledgeable and effective recruitment solution.
