Some of the team had an amazing day yesterday, helping one of our partner children's homes celebrate their end of term with their young people!

Fair to say Matt got heavily involved after the supposed "injustice" of losing his first race (claiming foul play from the YP 🤣)

Lisa and Ellie got to finally meet the lovely people they work with on a daily basis too, helping their service to maintain top standard agency files.

Our first office space in 2016!

The Ground Floor of Buckingham Road, Shoreham-by-Sea. This is where after 5 years of getting things off the ground we finally got our first office space- the ground floor room in this shared space, taking over from Adur Cabs.

At this time it was still just our Directors Ian & Jess running in the business, but many an amazing person was met here and loads of fantastic links with children and complex care services were established and developed.

Lots of people take us back to these days, having first met Ian here (some who are still valued members of our Flexible Support Worker team, some of whom have gone on to amazing things in social care!).

We are very proud of our beginnings and always stay true to our values of dedication, hard-work, trustworthiness, and a genuine passion for helping to improve the quality of agency and permanent staffing in our area. These values started with Ian & Jess and continue to run right through our team and business today 🩵

We invited our amazing Flexible Support Worker, Wanda, to the office for lunch to celebrate her 10-year (that’s right, TEN-year!) anniversary… so what does she do? Well, she brings along not 1, 2, 3 or even 4 cakes… but 5!!

Wanda, we can’t thank you enough for being such a wonderful member of our team. You have given so much of your life to supporting vulnerable children and have made a huge impact. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for that.
