About the Job Role
As the Operations Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in managing essential administrative functions in accordance with our company's established procedures and processes. Collaborating closely with our Operations Support team, your responsibilities will include coordinating the timely dispatch of sales orders, ensuring the team adheres to a seamless and efficient workflow.
In addition to team support, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day allocation of technicians in alignment with company requirements, updating their movements. Alongside this you will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant work tasks and qualifications are completed promptly, as directed by both your line manager and colleagues. Your role will also involve the precise production of client documentation and the efficient coordination and scheduling of sales dispatch within required timeframes.
Your Responsibilities
-General administration tasks, including data entry, filing and answering calls
-Communicating effectively with internal colleagues to support the service delivery team
-Assist with the day to day allocation of technicians as per company requirements ensuring all movements are updated on Solab
-Compiling job packs
-Assist with the processing of timesheets and expenses
-Liaise with the various departments/contacts within the company to ensure the smooth flow of information for operation planning purposes
-Assisting to Deal with customer queries and follow through with any requirements or requests
-Materials purchasing/planning/inventory management/supply chain activities in accordance with company requirements
-Assist with project communication and documentation regarding status of products
-Raising purchase requisitions
-Booking meetings
-Updating registers
-Filing and scanning of documentation
-Entering data and maintaining records in SAP
-Entering data onto in-house systems/drives/files
-To provide cover and support for other roles within the support team
-All other general administration duties

-Microsoft knowledge and experience, as well as managing databases

-Ability to demonstrate understanding of HSEQ safe working practices and procedures and their implementation
-Ability to follow/comply with procedures and recognised working practices
