Descrierea jobului:

Este o muncă fizică, în aer liber, și o oportunitate excelentă de a te alătura unei echipe prietenoase. Rolul tău va fi de a culege ceapă verde: curățarea foilor exterioare, legarea în legături (la numărul corect de bucăți) și așezarea produsului final în lăzi. Munca necesită viteză, precizie și capacitatea de a lucra eficient fără supraveghere constantă.

Căutăm persoane care:

Sunt serioase și harnice.

Nu au o problemă cu trezitul devreme și cu munca în aer liber.

Sunt motivate să câștige peste salariul minim național prin performanță ridicată.

Au drept de muncă valabil în Marea Britanie (Right to Work).

Au transport propriu (având în vedere locațiile fermelor și pornirile la ore timpurii).

Au experiență în medii similare sau au mai lucrat în acord (la normă).

Vă rugăm să rețineți: Acesta este un job solicitant din punct de vedere fizic, care implică aplecări frecvente, stat în genunchi, stat în picioare etc.

Ce oferim:

Plată competitivă: £12.71/oră garantat, cu posibilitatea de a câștiga mult mai mult prin munca în acord (la normă).

Bani de concediu (Holiday Pay): Acumulați la o rată de 12.07% (cu cât câștigi mai mult, cu atât crește și plata concediului).

Stabilitate: Până la 6 zile pe săptămână, cu un program flexibil disponibil.

Sprijin: Concediu medical plătit (SSP), echipament de protecție (PPE) oferit gratuit și instruire completă la locul de muncă.

Reputație: Lucrezi pentru o companie profesionistă și stabilă, înființată în 2004.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, outdoor role and a great opportunity to join a friendly team. The role involves harvesting salad onions: skinning, bunching to the correct counts, and placing the finished product in crates. Production involves speed, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively without constant supervision.

We are looking for people who:

✅ Are reliable and hardworking.
✅ Are comfortable with early morning starts and working outdoors.
✅ Are driven to earn above the National Minimum Wage through high performance.
✅ Have a valid Right to Work in the UK.
✅ Have their own transport arrangements (due to farm locations and early starts).
✅ Have experience in similar environments or have worked on a piecework basis.

We offer:

✅ Competitive Pay: £12.71/h guaranteed, with the potential to earn significantly more through piecework.
✅ Holiday Pay: Accrued at 12.07% (as your earnings increase, so does your holiday pay).
✅ Stability: Up to 6 days a week with flexible scheduling available.
