WAREHOUSE CLEANER – FULL-TIME POSITION
Vital Recruitment UK LTD are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Cleaner to join a busy warehouse operation.
This is a full-time, ongoing position offering consistent Monday to Friday working hours, with the opportunity to earn up to £14.00 per hour.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Full-time, ongoing work
- Immediate start available
Pay Rates:
- Drivers: Up to £14.00 per hour following a short probationary period of no more than 4 weeks.
- Non-Drivers: £12.71 per hour.
Please note: We are particularly interested in applicants who hold a full driving licence, as the higher rate of pay is available to drivers. However, applications from non-drivers will also be considered at the lower pay rate.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment as part of a team. Daily duties will include:
- General cleaning of warehouse floors, workstations and operational areas.
- Sweeping, mopping and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Cleaning staff facilities, communal areas and welfare areas.
- Ensuring walkways and working areas remain clear and free from hazards.
- Following all site health and safety procedures.
- Completing routine cleaning duties to an agreed schedule.
- Supporting the wider warehouse team in maintaining a safe working environment.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
- Can work independently and as part of a team with daily cleaning responsibilities.
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Is physically capable of carrying out general cleaning duties.
- Has previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).
- Holds a full UK driving licence to qualify for the higher pay rate.
