🏆 FA CUP WIN! ⚽️

What a Friday night for our partners at Wokingham Town FC 🍊

A fantastic 2-0 victory in the FA Cup, with Elastic’s own Sean Moore scoring both goals while Josh was part of the management team helping the side get over the line. ⚽️⚽️

We’re incredibly proud to support Wokingham Town FC and to see members of the Elastic team playing their part both on and off the pitch.

Our partnership is about supporting the club, the people and the local community.

2 goals. Clean sheet. FA Cup win.

Not a bad Friday night! 👏🏆

2 deals in a week. ✅

That earns you more than just recognition at Elastic Ltd… it earns you a day off.

Josh hit our 2 deal incentive this week and decided to cash in his extra holiday today after staying up for England’s early hours World Cup game this morning. ⚽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

This is exactly why we introduced incentives like this. We want people to work hard, perform at a high level, and then have the flexibility to enjoy the moments that matter to them.

Josh consistently puts in the effort, brings the right attitude every day, and always gives his best for the team. Rewards should reflect that.

High performance and work-life balance don’t have to compete with each other. When you create the right environment, they go hand in hand.

Well deserved, Josh. Enjoy the day off! 👏

At Elastic, we believe great teams are built on more than just hard work.

With the World Cup well underway, we’ve added a bit of football fever to the office with a personalised England flag and an official wall chart to keep track of every game.

It’s the little things that create a great environment, celebrating shared interests, enjoying the big moments together, and having some fun along the way.

Now, let’s see if England can bring it home. 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽

A fantastic day ahead at Royal Ascot with the Elastic team and our better halves.

Taking a moment to celebrate what has been a brilliant first half of the year so far. The hard work, commitment and dedication from everyone across the business has put us in a great position, and days like today are about recognising that.

At Elastic, we’re big believers that success should be celebrated. Rewarding hard work, enjoying the journey, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance are all part of building a great team culture.

Now, let’s see if we can pick a winner or two… 🍾

Early finish from work today… for important business. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽

England shirts on, optimism levels high, and ready for tonight’s game.

One of the best things about football is how it brings people together. Whether that’s in the stands, at home, or in the office before kick-off.

Come on England! 👊

1 year at Elastic for Josh Harris 👏🏼

What a first year it’s been. Through hard work, dedication and a relentless focus on his market, Josh has become a true heat networks specialist and the go-to recruiter in the sector.

He’s successfully built both contract and permanent markets and established himself as a real expert in the industry.

To celebrate the milestone, we’re heading out on the golf course ⛳️

Massive congratulations, Josh. We excited to see what year 2 brings! 🤝

Just a shame he supports Arsenal! 😉

Celebrating from the first tee ⛳

After a big month at Elastic, the team earned a morning at Coppa Club followed by a round at Sonning Golf Club.

Proud of the whole team for the consistency, effort, and standards shown across the month.

Special mention to AJ taking top biller for the month. Proper performance 👏

Momentum building nicely as we head into the next one.

Now let’s see who actually delivers under pressure on the course…

05/03/2026

Josh Harris is someone who continues to be recommended time and time again within the industry he supports and we’re even happier to hear that clients are willing to overlook the fact he’s an Arsenal fan. ⚽️

Great recruitment isn’t just about filling roles. It’s about truly understanding the business, the team, and the specific requirements then consistently delivering the right people.

Just as importantly, it’s about building strong relationships and maintaining clear, transparent communication throughout the process.

Josh strikes that balance incredibly well. He’s thorough and detail-driven when it comes to understanding a role, while also being personable and building genuine rapport with the people he works with.

Well done Josh!

Ladies and Gentlemen… I give you Josh Harris 👏🏼

Josh has just achieved his personal best billed month, which also now stands at the highest billed month in Elastic history. An outstanding milestone!

This result is no accident. It’s the product of relentless hard work, resilience, and a genuine obsession with being the best at what he does. Josh sets extremely high standards for himself and shows up with the right mindset, regardless of the challenges.

We marked the occasion with breakfast at Cafe Yolk and a well-earned upgrade… some new K-Flex dart shafts 🎯

Proud to work alongside you, mate. Fully deserved and this feels like just the beginning 🚀
