The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you are the backbone of our residents' daily lives. This role is about more than just practical support; it’s about building meaningful connections and protecting the dignity of those in your care. From assisting with daily routines to being a friendly face for a chat, you’ll provide the essential physical and emotional support that makes our house a home. If you’re naturally empathetic and love working with people, this is your chance to make a real difference every single day.
• Full-Time 44hpw - days and nights available
• Salary: £29,481.65 FTE | Hourly: £12.85 Mon-Fri, £14.38 Sat-Sun

We are recruiting for three locations;
• Bluebell House, Wokingham RG41 2RP
• Suffolk Lodge, Wokingham RG40 1DH
• The Hollies, Burghfield Common RG7 3BH
About You
We're looking for people who are kind, compassionate and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of others.
Yes, this is a care role, but its about putting smiles on faces and helping people achieve their goals. It'll keep you on your toes, but is a rewarding role and you'll get to be involved in all the fun too!
No experience needed to work as a Healthcare Assistant as full training and support will be provided - including 7 days classroom based training, online learning and shadow shifts.
