A great opportunity for an MEP Revit technician with good MEP experience who is now looking to join a successful building services consultancy based in Central London.

𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐏𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
🔹 Collaborating as part of a team to produce accurate 3D ‘co-ordinated’ MEP services models.
🔹 Producing "Approval", "Construction" and "As built" MEP installation drawings
🔹Working with the Project Manager and discipline engineers to define deliverables schedules, implementing these within the model for commercial scale projects.
🔹Supporting the Building Services project team with technical delivery using Revit and other BIM related software
🔹 Modelling of a range of MEP services, including but not limited to mechanical pipework, ventilation, lighting, power, containment and drainage.
🔹Drawing production of modelled elements.
🔹Preparing final presentation drawing sheets with dimensions, tagging and crucial information ready to be issued.

You should have knowledge of importing architectural & structural Revit, IFC and CAD files to Revit.

One of a good client of mine in Kent area are now looking for a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join their MEP department due to the growth of the company.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assisting in the production of full building designs
• Client liaison and arranging of client meetings.
• Assist in the management of project finances.
• Development of Client relationships
• Specification writing
• Assisting with the appointing, coordinating and managing other consultants and contractors, both internally and externally

REQUIREMENTS
• Aptitude and/or experience of design software, such as Amtech, Dialux AutoCAD, Revit MEP as well as general Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• AutoCAD essential
• A good team player
• Sound IT capability.
• A recognised qualification in a relevant subject
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A good attention to details and a logical thinker
