πŸ‘€ Through the eyes of a Support Worker πŸ‘€

Supporting often involves something as simple as accompanying on a coffee shop trip!β˜•πŸ₯

Here's Andrew across from his lovely Support Worker Chamari, enjoying keeping warm with his Costa drink and snack.

Sometimes, it really is the little things in life that mean the most. And that's what we're all about here at County Care. It's in our DNA! 🧬

Another drum roll for the long awaited November 2021 Employee of the Month!....

This award is so well deserved. There has been fantastic feedback from service users and their families about how kind Rob is. He has worked tirelessly to provide support during a very challenging time for one of his main service users and their family recently which has made such a significant difference to all their lives.

He has gone above and beyond the call of duty offering support at any time day or night should it be required. He always does the job with a smile and a positive attitude.

Rob is always one of the first in the team to offer help cover visits and never hesitates to go that extra mile. He gets the best out of the time he has with those he supports and is a real asset to our team. Thank you Rob! πŸ™Œ
