Today, 30 September, marks the end of the Surrey Talent Hub project.
What started as a pioneer project in North West Surrey grew across the county, bringing together NHS, health, social care, local authority, VCSE and community partners with one shared ambition: to connect local people with careers in health and care.
What a journey it has been.

But the Talent Hub has always been about more than numbers.
It's been about helping someone discover a career they hadn't considered.
Supporting a candidate who didn't know where to start.
Finding another opportunity for someone when the first one wasn't quite right.
Bringing employers together to reach local talent differently.
And, ultimately, helping people into roles across our partner organisations.
To every candidate who engaged with us, every organisation that trusted us with a campaign, every hiring manager who attended an event, every Jobcentre and community partner who worked alongside us, and everyone who followed, shared or supported our work:
