What does 23 years in engineering recruitment look like? 🔬💻⚙️

With over two decades of recruitment experience across Oxfordshire's engineering and manufacturing sectors, Lee has built his career on connecting great people with great businesses.

He works with ambitious start-ups scaling at pace, growing SMEs, and global manufacturers, helping them find the talent that drives innovation and commercial success. Whether it's building a team from the ground up or recruiting for specialist, hard-to-find positions, he truly understands the challenges businesses face because he’s spent more than two decades solving them.

Right now, Lee is working with start-ups across Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, UXV / Drone Technology & Defence Comms. This compliments his longstanding work and deep dive knowledge within Quantum computing, Scientific instrumentation, Medical device, Lasers, Photonics & Optics businesses across the Oxfordshire area.

Or at the Cotswold Country Park & Beach ⛵

Although we're not sure we'll be getting Lee back to the office now...
