Feeling the pinch and looking for a new role? Full time permanent role available - Wickford (SS11) (£22-26k + commission).
Salaries are dependent on experience. Experience in the Recruitment industry or construction/mechanical electrical desired but full training and support provided through our Diamond academy scheme. Ideally, you will be looking to progress into being a Recruitment Consultant, learning client Account Management and progressing into opening and servicing your own clients. Career, progression plans and commission schemes in place.

Recruitment Resourcer:
• this involves full onboarding from speaking to operatives, outlining the available temporary jobs, obtaining salesleads - to checking Right to Work documentation and undertaking administrative tasks
• Basic salary (£22-26k) + commission
• Full time Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
• 20 days annual leave + 1 day birthday + Christmas closure gifted (usually 3 days) + 3 wellness days
