⛳ Throwing it back to our FBR Charity Golf Day!

Tiffany spent the day on the Beat the Pro hole, catching up with our golfers to see how their rounds were going, asking some golf-related questions and getting their predictions on who they thought would take home the trophy. 🏆

One of the things we love most about events like this is the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and spend time connecting with our clients, building relationships and having a good chat outside of the usual work environment.

Tom is taking on an incredible challenge this year, running five half marathons and the Great South Run throughout the year in support of our Charity of the Year, The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.

This is a huge personal commitment, pushing himself through months of training, endurance, and determination, all to raise vital funds and awareness for a cause that means so much to us.

🚁 More Than Just a Golf Day: Supporting a Lifesaving Cause 💚

As part of our Charity Golf Day, we caught up with Natalie from Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance to learn more about the incredible work they do and the impact that fundraising support has on their service.

Natalie shared her experience working with the charity, how long she has been part of the organisation, the reality behind the cost of keeping a lifesaving service running, and the importance of partnerships like ours in helping them continue their vital work.

This year’s Charity Golf Day has helped us go above and beyond what we originally set out to achieve. We’re incredibly proud to have already smashed our £5,000 fundraising target and exceeded last year’s fundraising total and thanks to the incredible generosity and support from everyone involved, we’re now increasing our fundraising goal for the year to an amazing £8,000.

⛳️ What a fantastic day!

Last Friday, we hosted our annual Charity Golf Day in support of The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, and thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, we raised an amazing £4,850! 💚🚁

That’s £1,500 more than last year, and we’re incredibly proud to see this event continue to grow year after year.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored a hole, donated prizes, entered our raffle and auction, and supported us throughout the day. Every contribution made a real difference, and we couldn’t have achieved this without you.

🎉 Sweepstake Winner! 🎉

Our Charity of the Year, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, drew Spain in our office sweepstake... and they went all the way to become champions! 🏆

That means an extra £55 has been added to our fundraising total for this incredible charity.

Every pound makes a difference, and we're delighted our sweepstake has helped support such a fantastic cause. 💛🚁

On Sunday we got together for our FBR Recruitment Family & Friends Summer BBQ, and what a great afternoon it was! ☀️🍔

It was lovely to spend some time together outside of work, catch up with everyone's family and friends, enjoy some great food, and make the most of the sunshine.

✈️ 🏃 Sunday morning well spent!

Yesterday, Craig, Tiffany and Tommy took on the Southampton Airport Runway Run, completing the challenge on the runway at 5am!

A fantastic effort from both of them as they raised a total of £712.50 for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, a charity that provides such an important service across our region. 💚

A huge well done to you both for completing the challenge, we’re proud to have you representing FBR!
