IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST - OVERVIEW
Cambridgeshire based client is looking to recruit a competent Infrastructure Analyst to work as part of their I.T. Infrastructure Operations Team on support, identification of issues, diagnosis & resolution of issues within both their cloud-based infrastructure setup and their on-premise infrastructure arena. The successful candidate will report directly to the Infrastructure Operations Manager.
IT INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST - ROLE
Working as a team player the role will encapsulate the following infrastructure activities.
• Monitoring of Server Devices
• Monitoring of Network Devices
• Monitor incoming support incidents
• Resolve or escalate incoming support incidents
• Investigation of errors
• Resolution of errors
• Reporting of errors
• Escalation & allocation of errors to be resolved
• Monitoring back-ups
• Regular testing
• Maintenance of on-premise data storage
• Maintenance of server infrastructure
• Creation and configuration of VMs for Project delivery
• Implementation of Security improvements
• Updating servers and storage facility
• Management of SCCM
• Run compliance reports on Workstations
• Run compliance reports on Servers
