As we near the end of Movember and the last of our kilometres, we wanted to share with you an update on our team’s moustache growing before they inevitably shave them off tomorrow.

It’s been an action-packed month raising money for a fantastic cause and we are so grateful to all those who have supported our teams’ walking, running and moustache growing so far.

We are just over halfway through Movember and what a two weeks it has been…Team JSD Consulting Limited has:
1. Raised £340 to date
2. Moved 241km out of our 500km target
3. Tom, Nicky and Owen are on the way to bristling moustaches

We're 11 days into Movember and our team is clocking in the miles and the moustaches are starting to become visible. Yesterday, Tom Hill, Nicky Murray and Owen Allport ran 10K together to add to their target of 100km each. Our team of 5 is slowly reaching our target of 500km ran or walked for the month of November for this great cause.

Today marks the first day of Movember; a month-long event where people are encouraged to grow moustaches in order to raise awareness and funding for research related to men's health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health.

In 2020, with your help we raised £1,190. Together our team grew out their Mo’s, ran a combined 180km, sold cookie kits and performed an online concert.

This year we want to take things one step further (approx. 400,000 steps) and replicate the success of our last Movember. Our team of 5 will be running and walking a combined total of 500km, some will be growing their Mo’s and we will be hosting some not-to-miss events!

Part Time Analytical Development Scientist opportunity!
I'm currently looking for individuals that are open to part time working/flexible hours/4 days a week.

The Company: Our client is a leading innovative Formulation Research and Development Organization.
Job Purpose: Based within the Development team, the successful candidate will develop and optimise analytical methods.
Key Accountabilities: Method evaluation and method development (typically using HPLC) to support characterisation of formulations during product development.
Qualifications: You’ll be educated to degree level in a Chemistry-related subject or have comparable laboratory experience.
Requirements: Experience of HPLC analytical testing of pharmaceutical products.
