This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week 💚

We caught up with the SMT team to hear what they do to look after and improve their mental wellbeing, because in a fast-paced industry like recruitment, it’s something we don’t take lightly.

From getting outside for a walk, to setting boundaries, switching off after work, and making time for the things that matter most, it’s clear there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
What matters is making it a priority.
