Crown Spa Hotel is seeking a confident, hands-on General manager to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, solid F&B experience, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.

You will head up the day-to-day running of the hotel , ensuring service standards, team performance, commercial control, and the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across the hotel
Maintain consistently high standards of service, presentation, and guest care
Lead, motivate, train, and develop the F&B team the HODs
Support stock control, ordering, inventory, and cost management through HODs
Work closely with the Head Chef on menu planning, delivery, and operational standards, departmental budgets, forecasting, and profitability

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within hotels or quality hospitality environments, with the ability to manage people, standards, service delivery, and commercial performance.

National Sales Manager – North West England

Four Hotels. One Portfolio. Big Opportunity.

Eastfield Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced National Sales Manager to oversee a portfolio of four hotel properties across the North West of England.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, commercially driven sales professional with strong experience across corporate, leisure and regional hotel sales.

You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing new business, strengthening client relationships and supporting revenue growth across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

As National Sales Manager, you will:

Create and deliver a clear regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Identify, prospect and secure new corporate and leisure business
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities
Develop and grow relationships with existing corporate, leisure and agency partners
Negotiate preferred rates, commission structures and commercial agreements
Work closely with Revenue Management to maximise rates, allocations and yield
Deliver presentations, virtual site tours and roadshows to key decision-makers
Analyse market trends, booking patterns and competitor activity
Work with Marketing to support targeted campaigns, incentives and promotional activity
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and commercial insight
Mentor and support regional teams on account management and sales best practice

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a strong background in:

Hotel sales
Account management
Corporate sales
Leisure sales
Regional hospitality sales

You will be commercially focused, confident in building relationships, and able to deliver results across a multi-property hotel portfolio.

The successful candidate will support and deputise for the General Manager, helping to drive standards, performance, and operational excellence across the business. You will work closely with departmental managers to ensure every area of the property runs smoothly, commercially, and with a clear focus on the guest experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

Leading day-to-day hotel operations and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and internal processes

Supporting the General Manager and senior leadership team with business planning, KPIs, revenue growth, and long-term operational strategy

Managing budgets, monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and supporting capital expenditure planning
