Our client is a family run and well established business and due to continued growth are looking for Operatives to join their team

Requirements of role -

* Physically fit (some lifting involved)

* Ability to understand both verbal and written English

* 2 years FLT experience

Hours of work for this role are 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.00 to 3.00pm on Fridays. There may be additional hours available so some flexibility is required.
£11 -12 per hour depending on experience

SPS Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for two Furniture Fitters / Van Drivers for our client based in Northampton.

You will be responsible for the delivery and installation of bespoke office furniture to clients premises and to provide back up and cover to Van delivery routes when needed.

Key responsibilities of role will be, but not limited to, the following -

- Delivery and install office furniture
- Organise your daily deliveries and paperwork
- Loading your vehicle in drop order
- Delivering customer orders
- Collecting customer returns
- Contacting the office with any delivery issues
- Outstanding paperwork issues resolved before the end of the day
- Any empty pallets to be stacked neatly in relevant stacks

Requirements of role -

- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Previous Van Driving experience
- Able to operate and use hand tools and power tools for assembly

Your working week will be a 45hr week with start times varying from 6am to 7.30am, covering specific delivery routes within the business.

Salary £10.50 per hour

This is a 12 week temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Traffic Clerk Required (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Traffic Clerk to be part of a team that works together to provide excellent service. You will be a key part of the team and play a huge part in the growth and success. This role is about more than just providing great service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.

Hours of Work 10pm to 7am Monday to Friday
£11.50per hour with £40 Attendance bonus per week.

Key Skills Required

Ideally have experience working within a transport operation or administrative role
Have strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with team members
Be computer literate and confident in the use of technology and IT systems
Have a basic knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety
Be motivated and passionate
Have a strong work ethic and desire to work as a team
Ideally have experience working within the Supply chain, logistics, FMCG, warehouse or distribution sector.
