Job Title: LLOP Picker
Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £12.69/ +£2.46
Shift allowance on hours worked between 6pm and 6am.
Hours: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days a week

About the Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking LLOP Pickers to join a busy distribution centre in Wellingborough. You’ll be responsible for picking a variety of food and household items within ambient and chilled environments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to keep everything running smoothly.

Job role:
-Operate LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) trucks safely and effectively -Pick stock accurately from order sheets using voice-pick or handheld devices
-Work across ambient and chilled areas (temperature-controlled environments)
-Move stock safely and efficiently around the warehouse
-Maintain high standards of health & safety and housekeeping at all times
-Support the warehouse team to meet daily and weekly targets

Requirements
-Previous warehouse or picking experience (preferred but not essential)
-Experience using LLOP trucks (training can be provided)
-Ability to work in chilled environments
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work to targets
-Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
-Previous experience using voice pickers
