Red Sky Personnel is currently recruiting experienced General Labourers to work on-site at Gatwick Airport.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to support construction activities and site operations on an ad hoc basis.

🔨 REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Valid CSCS Card – essential
✅ Previous labouring or construction experience
✅ Full five-point PPE
✅ Availability for day and night shifts, including occasional weekends
✅ Reliable, punctual and able to follow site instructions

✈️ AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Successful applicants must be able to pass the required five-year employment history and background checks, and meet the criminal record and security clearance requirements for a Gatwick Airport security pass.

Are you an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic looking for a permanent night-shift position with excellent earning potential and a consistent rota?
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced technician to join a busy, supportive workshop team working on a modern, well-maintained HGV fleet.

💷 £22.00 per hour
🌙 £12.00 night shift allowance per night worked
💰 £53,000–£55,282+ per annum
⏰ 7:00pm – 7:00am | 12-hour shifts
📅 4 on / 4 off, 4 on / 2 off rota

📍 Permanent position

🔧 The Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping a modern HGV fleet safe, reliable and on the road, including:
• Routine servicing and preventative maintenance
• Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and repair
• Inspections and general maintenance
• Fault-finding and diagnostics
• Maintaining vehicles to a high standard
• Working safely and efficiently within the workshop
• Supporting the team to minimise vehicle downtime

👨‍🔧 About You
We’re looking for an experienced HGV Technician / Mechanic with:
✅ HGV mechanical experience
✅ NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent
✅ Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Good understanding of HGV maintenance and repair
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
➕ HGV or PSV licence desirable
