🕕 Hours:

✅ Requirements:
• Firestopping / Passive Fire Protection experience
• Hinkley Point BPSS clearance
• NVQ Level 2 Passive Fire Protection – preferred
• IPAF 3A or PASMA – preferred
• Relevant firestopping experience/certificates

You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of vehicles between Hounslow and various customer locations, including:

You’ll be representing the business directly with customers, so excellent communication and a professional approach are essential.

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence

Red Sky Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Driver / Yard Maintenance Operative to join a busy and professional workshop environment in Uxbridge.

This is a varied and hands-on role combining vehicle movements, yard organisation, and general site maintenance. You'll play a key part in keeping operations running safely and efficiently while ensuring vehicle access and customer areas remain clear and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Moving HGVs, commercial vehicles, and cars around site
✔ Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised yard
✔ Managing customer vehicle drop-offs and collections
✔ Keeping workshop entrances, access roads, and parking areas clear
✔ Reorganising vehicle parking to maximise operational efficiency
✔ Liaising with workshop staff regarding vehicle movements
✔ Assisting with loading, unloading, and vehicle positioning
✔ Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Requirements:
🔹 Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV Licence – Essential
🔹 Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence – Highly Advantageous
🔹 Previous experience driving and manoeuvring commercial vehicles
🔹 Experience within a transport, workshop, or yard environment
🔹 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
🔹 Good understanding of vehicle safety procedures and yard operations
🔹 Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
