We are currently seeking a Transport Customer Service for our company based in Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
* Log, track, and update customer interactions using a ticketing system
* Manage multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
* Prioritise and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
* Provide clear and accurate information regarding shipments
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records

What We're Looking For:
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
* Strong multitasking and time management abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation)
* Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred

Hours:
Full-time, Starts times will vary for training between 6am and 10am starts but once fully trained will be Tuesday to Saturday shift 13pm to 22pm (so must be flexible working on weekends)

Pay : £12.71 Per Hour

Our client in Watford, independent, family owned company which is a fuel and lubricants supplier to industry, farming and the home, is looking for a class 2 driver with ADR Fuel Tanker licence to start immediately.

The main responsibilities for this role are:

Loading of vehicles at the depot whilst following all H&S guidelines and operational procedures
The safe delivery of fuel to a range of domestic, commercial and agricultural customers
Ensuring all vehicle daily walkaround safety checks are completed to the highest standard
Ensuring all paperwork relating to the loading and unloading is filled in correctly
Ability to work to all written procedures and guidelines, WTD and drivers’ hours regulations

Key Skills need for this role are:

Good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of our delivery area (Approx 1hr radius of Watford)
Friendly and polite manner
Availability to work alternate Saturday mornings during the winter months is essential. This is paid at the overtime rate of £25.49 p/h

Requirements:

Class 2 / Cat C HGV Licence
ADR in Core, Class 3 (Flammable liquids) and Tanks
Petroleum Driver Passport (preferable but not essential)
Previous tanker driving experience would be a distinct advantage
Valid DCPC Card
Valid Digital Tacho Card
Multi drop experience
Minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
Pay Rate:

Monday to Friday £18.21/hour

Overtime after 8 hours and Saturday £25.49/hr

Start time 06am or 07am
