Our Hatfield client is looking for van drivers for food delivery service on AM or PM shift. Immediate start available.

Main duties will include:
📌Drivers would be delivering to stores
📌Multiple drop within London and Hertfordshire areas up to 30 deliveries
📌Must be comfortable delivering in London area and surrounding areas
📌Complete delivery paperwork accurately and ability to us POD
📌Maintain professional conduct representing the company

⏰Van Driver Shifts:
Start times will be 03:00am starts job till finish but also have a PM shift which runs from 15:00pm
5 shifts over 7 - Monday to Saturday

Pay Rates:
Pay rate £15.45 PAYE for all hours worked
Overtime after 42hours worked per week £18.54 per hour

We are currently seeking a Transport Customer Service for our company based in Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner
* Log, track, and update customer interactions using a ticketing system
* Manage multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality
* Prioritise and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
* Provide clear and accurate information regarding shipments
* Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records

What We're Looking For:
* Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
* Strong multitasking and time management abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Basic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation)
* Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred

Hours:
Full-time, Starts times will vary for training between 6am and 10am starts but once fully trained will be Tuesday to Saturday shift 13pm to 22pm (so must be flexible working on weekends)

Pay : £12.71 Per Hour

Our Hatfield-based client manages secure deliveries to prisons across the UK and is looking for HGV Class 2 drivers to join their team. Immediate start available and permanent position available for right candidate after completing the probation period. DBS will be carried out as well.

HGV Class 2 Driver Main duties will include:
📌Manage delivery from depot to prison site
📌1-5 drops per day depending on the area of delivery
📌Ensure your load is safe and secure at all times
📌Complete delivery paperwork accurately
📌Maintain professional conduct representing the company
📌Manual handling

⏰HGV Class 2 Driver Shifts:
Start times may vary each day between 5am -7am
Monday to Friday

💷HGV Class 2 Driver Pay Rates:
Pay rate £16.68 PAYE for first 45 hours worked Monday to Friday
Pay rate £25.02 PAYE for Monday to Friday after 45 hours and all hours worked on Saturday or BH
