Is your team qualified? And if not, why?

We ask because we speak to candidates regularly who are looking to move because, their employer won't support them with training. Not salary, not culture, not workload. Training. And that is such an avoidable reason to lose someone good!

Supporting your team through their ARLA or NAEA Propertymark qualifications is one of the strongest retention tools an independent agency has. It builds real expertise in your business and it tells your people you're invested in their future. 🎙️ "I feel like I am being managed out of my role and it's really getting me down.
