⚡Customer Administrator – Birchwood⚡
Working in a brand new facility for a bespoke fashion brand with a close-knit friendly team.
This role is initially on a temporary on-going basis but possibility for permanent opportunity.
Day to Day Duties
· Dealing with back-office work in relation to customer orders
· Processing refunds and returns
· On occasion dealing with basic customer emails
· Carrying out fraudulent checks
· Liaising with warehouse regarding issues
Pay - minimum wage.
For the first 3 weeks, working hours for this role will require flexibility between the hours of 6am & 10pm Monday – Sunday.
After the first 3 weeks, shifts will revert to any 5 out of 7 between the hours of 8am & 8pm.
