Cabot Learning Federation is seeking a Part Time Operations Manager to work at Waycroft Academy Primary School in South Bristol covering maternity leave.

This exciting admin position will manage a small team as well support our wonderful Principal in duties such as balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day operational support, leading on areas such as compliance, Health and Safety and administration, while ensuring the academy operates efficiently and effectively at all times.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, who is committed to high standards and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will start with us at the end of the year and the contract is offered until the 7th December 2027, or on the return of the current postholder. The pro rata salary is £19,334 - £20,627 and we are looking for someone to work 18.5 hours per week, plus inset days and 20 additional days worked throughout the year.
(Happy to discuss when the 18.5 hours will be worked, but due to operational needs we will need someone to commit to a minimum of three days per week).
