Recruitment Resourcer, Role Responsibilities:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary, contract, and permanent business support roles across our Industrial and Driving divisions.
Primarily your job role will be to support the principal Business Development Manager with certain tasks including resourcing new talent, telephone screening, scheduling registration interviews, interviewing candidates, candidate management , database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Developing and maintaining an understanding of client organisations, their industry sector, function in the marketplace, culture, and environment.
Maintaining regular contact with candidates through follow-up phone calls.
Utilising various sourcing platforms to pro actively find suitable candidates.
Ongoing database management to ensure contact details, situation, and key skills are continuously updated.
Recruitment Resourcer, Essentials:
2+ years experience in a client or customer-facing role
Ability to influence positive responses from team members, candidates and clients.
Confident and resilient to learning, feedback and challenging yourself.
Wanting to start or grow a career.
Ability to prioritise and be an effective problem solver
Good knowledge of Outlook and Word.

Performance-based discretionary bonuses, after a successful probationary period.
28 annual leave days per year, (Including 8 days Bank Holidays).
