A lovely evening last night for a Greek inspired BBQ round Theo’s house for the team.

In true recruitment, competitive fashion, the games came out… football tennis, bowls and badminton and we’ve definitely got a few secret athletes here at We Staff!

After 3 and 1/2 years of growth, ups, downs and everything in between… We Staff are ready to freshen up the offices with the plan to now take us to the next level. We already supply nationally across all of our sectors but now we’re ready to be neighbours!

Although we haven’t hired in our longest period which is 5 months now, but we are ready and looking for the following…

***Wheel of (UN) fortune!***

Mickey was our performer of the month for May but unfortunately for him, Mick declined the voucher as he likes a gamble and wanted to go for the big bucks! 💰

Needless to say, the wheel wasn’t kind and landed on “Tik Tok Dance” which for someone like Mickey, with his steel hips was his worst nightmare!

Better luck next time Mickey, and enjoy everyone else!

***TEAM BONDING***

Today, half of the industrial team and our MD Harry went out for an extended lunch break with no work or personal phones allowed and work couldn’t be discussed.

It’s our first exercise of this type and it was a great success. To learn more about our colleagues, interests, disinterests and just generally bond with each other is great practise!

Now back to work for an afternoon of hard work, closer together!
